China Steel Global Trading Corporation (CSGT)
China Steel Global Trading Corporation (CSGT) is a trading and distribution business unit. It was established on April 2nd , 1996 with 100% investment from CSC. It is the export agent for steel and aluminum products of the CSC group (such as CSC, Dragon Steel,
Chung Hung Steel, CSVC, CSCI and C.S. Aluminum etc.). CSGT plays a major role in the group’s globalization and diversification business development strategies in addition to its channel distribution.
In recent years, CSGT has aggressively expanded outside of its core business in steel trading. Departments specializing in trading aluminum, stainless steel, refractories, ferro alloy, and work roll were created to cater to the expansion. The company also has an independent trade development unit. In order to efficiently combine the group’s resources, CSGT has actively explored international markets and displayed international integration synergy.
