Hot-Dipped Galvanized Steel (HGI)

Hot-Dipped Galvanized Steel (HGI) is a type of carbon steel finishing product made with hot rolled steel. Because it is thicker in comparison to those made with cold rolled steel, they can be used to create finished products like pipes, and
C-beams or H-beams, which are commonly used in construction. HGI are also be cut into steel plates, which can then be used to make rust-resistant cooling tanks, granaries, fastener parts, and other products that need reliable durability.

Chung Hung has also expanded its production capacity after acquiring Hung Li Corporation as a subsidiary.  Its HGI production line is capable of producing products with a maximum size of 5 m in width, 5 mm in thickness, and patterns ranging from a standard zinc pattern with a z600 zinc coating thickness to a smaller zinc pattern.
